FOUNDING COHORT
Turn a few mornings a week into a real income teaching littles.
We bring the songs, the scripts, and the students.
Here's what it can add up to: two 45-minute classes, ten littles each, at $25 a head. That's $500 a week when your classes are full — roughly $2,000 a month.
5 spots. August launch.
You already know how to teach. That was never the problem.
You've done the lessons, the wedding sets, the fill-in gigs. You can hold a room better than anyone. But the good stuff — your own class, your own schedule, actual recurring income — always came down to one thing you were never taught: how to fill the room.
Great teachers with half-empty classes is the most common story in this business. Not because they're not good enough. Because "get students" is a completely different skill than "teach students" — and nobody sells that skill. Until now.
So here's the other half.
Upside Launch is the business side of a toddler music class, handed to you ready to run. You bring the musicianship.
A 45-minute class parents actually re-enroll in — songs, scripts, and a week-by-week plan
The ads that fill it — written, designed, and targeted for you
The pricing, the signup flow, and the enrollment system behind it
Someone in your corner while you launch it
And then there's everything else nobody warns you about — where to hold class, what to charge, how to take payments, what to do when someone wants a refund. It's all written down for you, so you're not inventing a business from scratch on top of learning to teach a new kind of class.
It's not a course about starting a business. It's the business, ready to run.
What actually shows up.
Six things land in your hands. Here's every one of them.
The class itself
A complete 45-minute toddler music class: the song list, the week-by-week plan, the scripts for what you say and when, and the flow that keeps ten littles engaged from hello to goodbye.
The gear list
Exactly what to buy and where, at about $100 total. No guessing, no over-buying, no $600 of instruments you didn't need.
The ads that fill it
Written, designed, and targeted — ready to run in your area. You connect your accounts and launch, and the campaign is yours to keep.
The enrollment system
What to charge, how to take payments, how the signup page works, and how families re-enroll for the next term without you chasing anyone.
The business answers
Where to hold class, what to say to a venue, insurance, refunds, cancellations, the awkward stuff. Written down, not left to you.
Someone in your corner
Direct access while you launch — founding cohort members get close attention.
Everything above is yours to keep and run for as long as you want to run it.
Let's talk real numbers.
Here's how the money actually works. A class of ten littles at $25 a head is $250 a class. Run two classes a morning, and that's $500 for a few hours' work. Do that once a week and you're at roughly $2,000 a month — teaching one morning a week, on the schedule you choose.
Want more? Add a second morning, or a bigger class, or a second location once you've got the hang of it. Want less? Run one class and keep it small. It's your business — you set the size.
What you'll actually earn depends on your area: how many young families are nearby, what classes like yours charge locally, how full you fill your rooms. We can't promise a number. What we can promise is the system that gets families in the door — the rest is yours to grow.
Here's what this normally costs.
A kids-activity business you own — your own class, your own schedule, your own income — usually comes as a franchise. And those run $11,000 to $25,000 or more just to start, before the ongoing royalties they take from every dollar you earn, forever.
You're getting the same thing — the class, the plan, the system that fills it — without the franchise, without the royalties, and without a five-figure check. Keep reading for what the founding cohort pays.
Who's behind this.
Fair question — you're about to trust me with real money and your mornings. Here's the honest answer.
I come from live events — the world of putting on shows, filling rooms, and getting people through the door. That's the same skill a music class lives or dies on: getting the right people to show up. I'm a musician too, and I've spent years around music teachers, so I know the gig you're in — the lessons, the bands, the side work that never quite adds up to something yours.
And I've done the homework on this specific business. I know what parents pay for toddler classes, what fills them, and why most musicians who'd be great at it never get one off the ground. It's almost never talent. It's always the same missing piece: getting students.
One straight answer, since you'll wonder: this is the founding cohort — you'd be among the first. That's why the price is a fraction of what it'll be later, and why you'll get me paying close attention to your launch. Early, not experimental. If that trade sounds fair, keep reading.
The founding cohort.
We're taking 5 teachers into the first cohort. The program starts in August — you'll be onboarded, set up, and running ads within it — and your first class can be teaching as early as September.
Founding pricing exists because you're first. You'll get more attention than anyone who comes later, and you'll be helping us prove the model in the real world.
$500 today. Normally $2,000.
That's 75% off, and it's the lowest this will ever be. You pay a $100 deposit to hold your spot — fully refundable — and the $400 balance only after we've talked, looked at your area together, and both agreed it's a fit.
5 spots. August launch. No call required to apply.
What you'll spend beyond the $500.
Two things, and we'd rather you hear them now than find out later.
Your ads. You run and fund the ads that fill your class. You can start small — a few dollars a day — and scale up as classes fill. The campaign, the copy, and the creative come built. You connect your accounts and set the budget you're comfortable with.
Your instruments. About $100 of shakers, scarves, and simple percussion. You'll get an exact list of what to buy and where. You'll use it for years.
Anything beyond this. The $500 covers everything listed above, and it's yours to keep. If new material gets built later — new seasons, new songs — it'll be optional, priced separately, and never charged without you choosing it.
That's it. No royalties, no revenue share, no cut of what you earn. Ever.
Questions you probably have.
Do I need to have taught toddlers before? No — that's exactly who this is built for. If you can play, sing, and hold a room, the class plan handles the rest. It tells you what to do minute by minute.
What if there aren't enough young families near me? That's the first thing we check together after your deposit. We look at your area before you pay another dollar, and if it's not there, you get the deposit back.
Where do I actually hold the class? It's covered — parks, churches, community rooms, dance studios, libraries. What to look for, what to offer them, and what to say. Most of these spaces cost little or nothing.
How much time does this take? One morning a week teaching, plus a few hours up front to get set up. It's built to fit around everything else you've got going on.
What if it doesn't work? Your deposit is refundable until we've both agreed it's a fit. After that, you have the class, the plan, and the campaign — and we're in your corner while you launch.
Why is it only $500? Because you're first. We're proving this works with a small group, and you're getting the founding price in exchange for being early. It goes up after this cohort.
5 spots. Then it's the real price.
You already know how to teach. This is the other half — the class plan, the ads, the enrollment system, and someone in your corner while you launch it.
$500 to start. A $100 deposit holds your spot.
August launch. No call required to apply.
You're in. Spot reserved.
Your deposit is received and one of the five founding spots is held for you. Nothing else to do right now.
Here's what happens next: we'll email you within 24 to 48 hours to set up a short call. We'll walk through how the launch works, look at your area together to make sure there are enough young families in or near you, and answer anything you're wondering about. If it's not the right fit, you get your deposit back, no questions.
